Characteristics
Atlantic Salmon are one of the largest species of their family. They are silvery with large, black spots on the gill covers and back. They are packed with Omega- 3 fatty acids, calcium, iron, potassium and zinc. They have a mild flavored flesh and are used in a variety of ways to cook. The heads are also a good option for setting traps with and pots.

Atlantic Salmon fishing takes place all year long, and allows us to supply customers all year long.
